The Senior Executive HR will be responsible for the following activities:
- Processing recruitment which includes searching candidates, pre-scanning CVs and sorting candidates for interview, participating in interviews, and hiring the selected candidate.
- Prepare and issue appointment, confirmation and increment letters.
- Process resignation and prepare full and final settlement.
- Communicate with insurance company for staff’s health and life insurance policy, get staff registered, timely process renewal, and facilitate staff to avail benefits.
- Coordinate with other department for all HR policy implementation and other concerns of staff.
- Conduct in-house training on different social as well professional skills.
- Do job analysis in coordination of Head of each department for balancing workload of each employee.
- Prepare job description of each staff in coordination with department head and update on individual job responsibility.
- Do market research on pay package, benefits, perks etc.
