International Customer Correspondent

Ennoble International Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated International Customer Correspondent to join its team. This role focuses on maintaining clear and professional communication with international clients, addressing their queries, and providing accurate financial and account information. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a confident and professional attitude, and a relevant educational background in Finance and Accounts. With a requirement of three years of experience, this position involves direct interaction with clients across diverse markets, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective correspondence. The International Customer Correspondent will also manage a small team of two persons, overseeing their performance and providing guidance to maintain high standards of customer service. The role includes training new team members and collaborating closely with different departments to resolve client issues promptly. This position requires proficiency in computer usage and a solid understanding of financial and accounting principles to support client needs efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities

Manage daily communication with international clients through written correspondence, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Provide accurate information related to finance and accounts as per client requests, adhering to company policies.
Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
Supervise and guide a team of two customer correspondence associates, monitoring performance and facilitating their development.
Conduct training sessions for fresh team members to equip them with necessary skills and knowledge.
Maintain detailed records of client communications to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, accounts, and operations to address client concerns effectively.
Continuously update knowledge of financial regulations and company products to provide accurate assistance.
Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance customer communication and satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company standards and international regulations during correspondence and service delivery.
