Enrichers Investment Group is hiring Business Development Manager. To excel in this role Candidate should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
He should be capable to:
- Coordinate management activities, resources, equipment and information.
- Prepare tasks into doable actions and set timeframes
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve Help prepare budgets

Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Meet the monthly, quarterly, annual targets; Personal & Team both given by the competent authority
Sales Planning and Monitoring Results
- Provide monthly targets to the team leaders to further distribute in teams to achieve the annual target
- Supervision to ensure that annual, quarterly, monthly & daily volume targets are being met
- To ensure that the teams have the required knowledge to sell
Team Management
- Ensure the highest level of discipline, attendance punctuality, formal body language is maintained within the department
- Ensure the compliance of all Company’s SOPs in coordination with HR department
Customer Services
- Ensure Transparency in communication with customers
- At the spot resolve the customer complaints
Leadership
- Build and lead an effective and cohesive management team
- Ensure to provide conflict resolution to both internal and external customers with no delays involved
- Ensure to develop ownership through motivation, guidance, creating confidence, building morale, building effective work environment by conducting weekly/fortnightly counseling sessions with team members
- Take the lead by reviewing how teams work together to reach their targets
Market Knowledge
- Must be updated with the latest trends for product marketing campaigns, seminars, and Trainings
- To generate potential business leads
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
Training and Development: Ensure to educate new customers about the basic trading factors (Commodity future markets, Fundamental and technical analysis, risk management)
- Daily conduct 2 sessions on updated market trends, prevailing opportunities and on client broker relation
- Conduct fortnightly session on monthly basis on Innovative ideas for sales and marketing
- Conduct educational session on product knowledge on fortnightly basis to revise and update the team
- Identify the training needs of teams and conduct internal technical / SOFT SKILLS trainings sessions to overcome the gaps
- Conduct a general meeting session on weekly basis to cater any administrative matters and personal matters of team.
Requirements:
- Master/Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related field.
- 3-5 years’ Experience in sales, marketing or related field especially working experience in PSX.
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
