Must Love to do:
· Greet individuals entering office, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
· Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments within and outside the establishments
· Deal with queries from visitors, callers & clients
· Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries
· Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
· Responsible for manual attendance for the whole staff
· Supervise housekeeping staff and make sure that office premises are kept clean
· Manage staff and guests lunch, tea coffee etc.
· Managing paying, all daily or monthly utilities liabilities.
· Record keeping of all office inventories and its maintenance and reporting weekly.
· Any other task assigned by competent authority
