Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth
- Creating sales plans to generate revenue.
- Advise clients on creating profitable processes
- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
- Addressing customer concerns and complaints
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Maintain existing clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals.
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
- Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. senior management)
- Organizing PR events
Competencies Required:
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Executive or similar PR role
- Presenting the product or services in a structured professional way.
- Excellent Communication & negotiation Skills.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Financial Growth Motivated and open to accept challenges.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
