Northvis is seeking a motivated and organized Enrollment Sales Consultant to join their Success & Enrollment Office located in New Garden Town, Lahore. The role centers on assisting prospective students through the enrollment process for specialized eBay and Etsy training programs. The ideal candidate will be confident, results-driven, and able to communicate effectively in both Urdu and English. Strong active listening and objection handling skills are essential, along with a high level of responsibility and integrity when advising students. This position requires engaging with potential students via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person meetings to help them understand the most suitable training options aligned with their goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and face-to-face visits.
- Understand the individual goals and interests of prospective students to clearly explain relevant training program options.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with interested leads to nurture relationships and coordinate visits efficiently.
- Convert qualified inquiries into confirmed student enrollments through honest, consultative conversations.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, including follow-up schedules and enrollment details.
- Collaborate with other departments to complete enrollment documentation and monitor payment follow-ups.
- Regularly report progress by tracking enrollment metrics and work strategically to meet or exceed departmental enrollment targets.
- Utilize CRM tools and spreadsheets effectively to organize outreach efforts and manage leads.
- Demonstrate ethical and responsible student guidance by setting realistic expectations and avoiding misleading information.
- Apply active listening and objection handling techniques to address and resolve concerns raised by prospective students.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in admissions, telesales, customer service, or education sales.
- Strong communication skills in both Urdu and English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple communication channels including phone, social media, and in-person interactions.
- Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining detailed records.
- Excellent organizational skills with dependable follow-through on tasks.
- Ability to work independently without team management responsibilities while maintaining high productivity.
