- Maintain books of accounts including recording cash transactions, GL entries, purchases and sales. Maintain GL and trial balance.
- Prepare financial statements and related reports; income statements, balance sheet, cash flow statement, analyses of expenses and income.
- Meet filing requirements with SECP.
- Meeting requirements of sales tax and income tax filings.
- Should be able to handle accounting on his own without any assistant(the business is currently in initial stage)
- Handle operations of guest house including checking in, checking out, managing and coordinating guest lodging and food and other essential requirements. Responsible for maintaining excellent relations.
- Arranging agreements with tenants, preparing invoices and collecting rentals.
- Managing and coorrdinating maintenance of building and related utilities and other facilities and handle issues with govt depts.
- Performing other adminitrative jobs relating to the emerging business.
