• We need resources to provide consumer/client support through voice activity.
  • The language skill that we are seeking at this point is French & English. However Spanish can come as an advantage.
  • Provide CS to all our consumers in French.
  • Follow defined SOP's to contribute towards floor performance.
  • Share shift summaries and reports with respective Supervisors/AM/Managers

Skills:

  • Must have good written & verbal communication skills in French.
  • Relevant experience preferably with a background from call center.
  • Soft, polite and good understanding of customer services.
  • Familiar with basic computer operations.
  • Flexible and open personality. English spoken & written skills a must.
  • Spark to learn and make a career in the relevant field.
