Equity Investments- Lahore (Construction Tech)- Senior Role

The Head of Equity Investments will spearhead the equity investment strategy and oversee portfolio management in Lahore. This senior leadership position demands a strategic and highly analytical professional capable of identifying lucrative investment opportunities, managing associated risks, and driving robust returns. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive market research, financial analysis, and valuation of potential investment opportunities.
- Identify emerging trends and new investment prospects across various sectors.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with investors, brokers, financial institutions, and other key market participants.
- Oversee due diligence processes and ensure rigorous application of investment decision-making frameworks.
- Monitor portfolio performance continuously and provide detailed reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and internal risk management policies.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define investment KPIs and strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in equity investments, asset management, or financial services.
- At least 5 years in a leadership role with responsibility for managing investment portfolios or teams.
- CA Finalist (ICAP) qualification is mandatory, supported by a strong academic and professional background in Finance, Accounting, Investment Management, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated expertise in portfolio management, equity markets, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-value investment portfolios and delivering strong financial returns.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and risk management capabilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
