Erection Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled professional with 2 to 5+ years of experience in heavy steel structure erection to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical or Civil engineering, or possess relevant field experience. This role involves hands-on supervision and coordination to ensure the safe and precise assembly of structural steel components across various project sites in Pakistan. The position requires a proactive individual who is committed to maintaining high safety standards, particularly when working at heights, and who is willing to travel as needed. The company provides travel and accommodation support for site assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the safe assembly, positioning, and erection of structural steel columns and beams.
- Coordinate closely with rigging crews, crane operators, and fitters to ensure smooth and efficient installation processes.
- Verify the alignment, leveling, and structural tolerance of all installed components to meet project specifications.
- Enforce strict adherence to high-altitude rigging procedures and overall site safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical, Civil, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 2 years and up to 5+ years of experience specifically in heavy steel structure erection.
- Willingness to travel to various project locations across Pakistan, with company-provided travel and accommodation arrangements.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in diverse environments, particularly in locations such as Hub Chowki, Nazar Chowrangi, and Baluchistan near Karachi, is advantageous.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs100,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
