The ERP Officer – Data Entry Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely entry of operational data into the company’s ERP system. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong computer skills and the ability to maintain precise records within the ERP platform. Candidates with prior ERP experience, especially within the textile industry, will find this role well-suited to their expertise. The role involves handling various data inputs related to inventory, production, purchases, sales, and dispatch, while coordinating with multiple departments to ensure data integrity and compliance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and promptly enter daily operational transactions into the ERP system.
- Maintain updated and precise ERP records across assigned areas.
- Input data concerning inventory, production, purchases, sales, stores, dispatch, and other relevant functions.
- Verify source documents before data entry to ensure accuracy.
- Review ERP entries to identify and correct errors, duplications, or missing information.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve incomplete or incorrect data issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and supporting records for all ERP transactions.
- Assist the ERP Master User in troubleshooting and resolving data-related problems.
- Generate basic reports from the ERP system as required by management.
- Perform data verification and reconciliation to maintain data consistency.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned ERP data entry tasks.
- Uphold confidentiality of sensitive company and operational information.
- Adhere to established ERP procedures and departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support ERP audits and participate in data verification activities.
- Undertake additional ERP and data entry duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate qualification with relevant ERP experience.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on ERP exposure.
- Mandatory experience within the textile industry.
- Proficient typing speed and strong computer skills.
- Solid command of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to efficiently manage large volumes of data.
- Good communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with different teams.
- Capacity to work under deadlines and deliver timely results.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience in a textile manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ERP transactions related to inventory, production, purchase, stores, or sales.
- Understanding of textile manufacturing terminology and processes.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other manufacturing ERP platforms is an advantage.

Additional Information
This full-time position is based in the SITE Area of Karachi and offers a monthly salary range of Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 50,000. The role requires on-site presence and provides an excellent opportunity for candidates with ERP and textile industry experience to contribute to efficient operational data management within a dynamic manufacturing setting.
