ERP Functional Consultant

Cyngro Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled ERP Functional Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding client business processes, gathering and validating functional requirements, and configuring ERP modules to align with business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with technical teams to ensure smooth ERP implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to train and assist end users are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and comprehend clients’ business processes and requirements.
- Gather, document, and validate functional requirements accurately.
- Configure and implement ERP modules customized to business needs.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and development teams to convey functional specifications clearly.
- Prepare detailed functional requirement documents and process workflows.
- Support ERP implementation phases including testing and deployment.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm system readiness.
- Provide training sessions and ongoing support to end users.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate resolution efforts with technical teams.
- Assist clients during ERP go-live and provide post-implementation support.
- Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, processes, and requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients, functional teams, and developers.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or in a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and business workflows.
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements comprehensively.
- Familiarity with business process optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR/Payroll, CRM, and Manufacturing.
- Capability to translate business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications.
- Experience working closely with ERP technical and development teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication abilities and experience in client management.
- Skilled in conducting user acceptance testing and delivering user training.
