ERP Functional Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of our ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP platforms, preferably Odoo or Oracle, and a solid understanding of how business processes integrate with ERP solutions. Your expertise will help ensure that our ERP systems effectively meet organizational needs and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements to translate them into ERP functionalities.
- Support the configuration and customization of ERP modules according to organizational needs.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure ERP functionalities are correctly implemented and integrated.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to increase business efficiency.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members or technical teams when necessary.
- Provide end-user support and deliver basic training to promote effective system utilization.
- Collaborate closely with senior consultants, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to implement ERP solutions.
- Stay informed about the latest ERP trends, functionalities, and best practices to continuously enhance system performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. Candidates who are CA Finalists or ACCA-qualified/part-qualified will be preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP implementation, configuration, or support.
- Strong understanding of core business processes such as finance, HR, and supply chain management.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Experience in supporting or training end-users is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Exposure to Odoo ERP systems is highly preferred.
- ERP-related certifications will be considered a plus.
- The position is based onsite in Johar Town, Lahore, providing an opportunity to work closely with the team and stakeholders.
