ERP Functional Lead (MS Dynamics 365)

Big Bird Foods Limited is seeking an experienced ERP Functional Lead to join our team at the Head Office in Garden Town, Lahore. This role serves as a critical bridge between the implementation partner and internal users, ensuring a seamless and effective end-to-end rollout of the Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Production modules across all group companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and a deep understanding of the relevant business processes to drive successful project delivery and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the implementation partner and internal stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Finance, SCM, and Production modules, ensuring timely and quality delivery from inception through go-live and post-go-live phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into system configurations and process improvements.
- Provide training and support to internal users to maximize adoption and effective use of the ERP system.
- Manage issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives related to the ERP modules under scope.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, reporting status to senior management and recommending corrective actions as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- University graduate in Finance, Accounting, Computer Sciences, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
- Proven track record of managing ERP projects from initial planning and implementation through go-live and post-go-live support.
- Strong functional knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Production modules within an ERP environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
