Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Developer to lead ERPNext development, customization, implementation, integration, and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, the Frappe Framework, JavaScript, database management, and ERP architecture, along with the ability to lead technical projects and translate complex business requirements into scalable ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of ERPNext applications and modules.
Develop custom DocTypes, workflows, server scripts, client scripts, reports, dashboards, print formats, and business logic.
Customize ERPNext modules, including HR & Payroll, Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, and Manufacturing, based on organizational requirements.
Develop and maintain custom applications using Python, JavaScript, and the Frappe Framework.
Design and implement integrations with third-party systems and external APIs using REST APIs and web services.
Manage ERPNext deployments, upgrades, migrations, backups, and production environments.
Optimize database queries, system performance, and application architecture.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure system stability, security, and data integrity.
Lead technical discussions, code reviews, development standards, and best practices.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.
Collaborate with management, department heads, and end users to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Prepare technical documentation, deployment procedures, and system architecture documentation.
Evaluate new ERPNext and Frappe features and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
4–6+ years of relevant experience in ERPNext development and implementation.
Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and the Frappe Framework.
Advanced experience with ERPNext customization and custom application development.
Strong knowledge of MariaDB/MySQL, SQL queries, database optimization, and data migration.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and web services.
Experience with Linux server administration, Git, deployment processes, and production troubleshooting.
Understanding of ERP architecture, role-based permissions, workflows, and business process automation.
Experience managing ERPNext upgrades, version compatibility, and performance optimization.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications Experience leading ERPNext implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment.Experience with Docker, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
Knowledge of accounting, finance, inventory, procurement, HR, payroll, and manufacturing processes.
Experience with background jobs, scheduled tasks, hooks, custom APIs, and advanced Frappe development.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management practices.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Successful and timely delivery of ERP Next projects and enhancements.System uptime, stability, security, and application performance.
Reduction in recurring technical issues and system downtime.
Quality and maintainability of code and custom applications.
Successful integration and automation of business processes.
Timely resolution of critical production issues.
Effective technical leadership, team mentoring, and project coordination.
User satisfaction and achievement of business requirements.
Work Location : Aashiana Shopping Mall, 7th Floor, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Near Liberty Roundabout, Lahore, Pakistan.
Work Time : 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon – Fri), Saturday Alternate (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
