We are seeking a skilled ERPNext Functional Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis at our Bahadurabad location. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERPNext solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs. This role requires a solid understanding of business processes, strong accounting fundamentals, and practical experience in ERPNext projects. Candidates with expertise in manufacturing (especially ERPNext Manufacturing), the textile industry, multi-company setups, and consolidation will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through client meetings, stakeholder discussions, and workshops.
- Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using ERPNext.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
- Map business processes and translate requirements into effective ERPNext solutions.
- Configure ERPNext modules in line with business needs and ERP best practices.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend suitable functional solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and development teams for customization, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Perform functional testing and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop test scenarios and validate system functionality against business requirements.
- Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support during implementation and post-go-live phases.
- Offer post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues as they arise.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an ERPNext Functional Consultant with hands-on ERPNext implementation and configuration expertise.
- Strong knowledge of business processes, including Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, and Manufacturing & Operations.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in business process analysis and process mapping.
- Proficient in preparing BRDs and functional documentation.
- Skilled in functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication, documentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into practical ERP solutions.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Candidates with experience in ERPNext Manufacturing, the textile industry, multi-company environments, and consolidation processes will be preferred. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs130,000. This is an in-person position based in Bahadurabad, providing an opportunity to work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful ERP solutions.

Education requirements include being ACCA Qualified, an ACCA Finalist, or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
