ERP Software Expert

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ERP Software Expert to join our team full-time in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have around three years of hands-on experience in ERP systems, focusing on implementation, administration, and configuration. This role involves providing user support, enhancing workflows, managing reporting and data quality, maintaining access controls, conducting training sessions, and coordinating with vendors. The position covers multiple business functions, including finance, procurement, inventory, sales, human resources, and construction operations. The salary range for this role is PKR 40,000 to 50,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure ERP software modules to meet organizational requirements across various departments such as finance, procurement, inventory, sales, HR, and construction.
- Administer the ERP system to ensure smooth operation, including managing user access controls and maintaining data integrity.
- Provide timely and effective user support, troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related queries.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and business processes through ERP system enhancements.
- Generate and manage reports to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Ensure high standards of data quality and consistency within the ERP system.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize system adoption and proficiency.
- Coordinate with software vendors and service providers to address technical issues and implement updates or upgrades.

Required Qualifications

- Approximately three years of professional experience working with ERP software in a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation, configuration, and administration.
- Proven ability to support multiple business functions, including finance, procurement, inventory, sales, HR, and construction.
- Experience in user training and support, with excellent communication skills.
- Competence in managing data quality, access controls, and reporting within ERP systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
