ERP Techno-Functional Consultant Support & Integrations

We are looking for an experienced ERP Techno-Functional Consultant to enhance our business operations by optimizing ERP processes and developing seamless integrations with external applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite and a strong ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business requirements. This role involves working closely with multiple departments including Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure efficient system functionality and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective functional configurations and technical solutions.
- Provide support across various business functions such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Logistics.
- Configure and customize workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, as well as manage roles and permissions within the ERP system.
- Develop and maintain customizations, automations, and integrations connecting the ERP with logistics platforms, banking systems, CRM, eCommerce, and other external applications.
- Manage API integrations including data mapping, validation, synchronization, and error handling to ensure smooth data flow between systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional, technical, and integration issues while providing ongoing user support.
- Assist with testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployments, documentation, and user training to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Collaborate closely with the ERP Manager, business stakeholders, internal developers, and external vendors to align solutions with business needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ERP techno-functional consulting, application support, and integration.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes and transaction flows across multiple departments.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML data formats, authentication protocols, and integration troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, SQL, data migration techniques, and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills to effectively translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

Preferred Experience
- Practical experience with NetSuite including configuration, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and Saved Searches.
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
- Knowledge of logistics platforms like Shipwell and background in manufacturing, distribution, trading, or third-party logistics (3PL).
- Relevant ERP certifications that demonstrate expertise and commitment to the field.
