ERP Trainee - Functional & Technical

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the implementation and configuration of ERP solutions in Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), or Technical areas.
- Collaborate with senior team members to understand business processes and translate them into ERP functionalities.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues during and after implementation.
- Engage in continuous learning to develop expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP technologies and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.
- Strong academic record with a good CGPA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

For Functional ERP Trainee positions, the following educational backgrounds are required:
- Finance: ACCA Affiliates or Finalists, BBA/MBA in Finance, or BS in Accounting or Finance.
- Supply Chain Management (SCM): BE in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, BS in Management Science, or BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management.
- Human Capital Management (HCM): BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management.

For Technical ERP Trainee positions, candidates should hold:
- BS in Computer Science (BSCS).
- BS in Software Engineering (BSSE).

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- ACCA finalists with two or fewer papers remaining are eligible, preferably with plans to complete within three years.
