ERPNext Functional Consultant

NCRI is looking for an experienced ERPNext Functional Consultant / Product Owner to lead the implementation of ERPNext solutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in bridging business requirements with technical execution by configuring the ERPNext system and working closely with developers to build scalable workflows within the Frappe/ERPNext framework. This position demands active involvement throughout the entire project lifecycle—from gathering requirements and system configuration to user training, go-live support, and ongoing maintenance—ensuring smooth integration and high user adoption.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze detailed business requirements, accurately mapping them to ERPNext processes and functionalities.
- Configure various ERPNext modules, including workflows, user roles, reports, and dashboards, tailored to client needs.
- Develop clear and comprehensive functional specifications for the development team based on business needs.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage data migration activities, conduct user training sessions, and oversee go-live procedures.
- Provide continuous post-implementation support to maintain system stability and address user concerns.
- Collaborate closely with clients, developers, and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve both functional and technical issues.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and recommend improvements to optimize ERPNext usage.
- Assist in ERPNext product demonstrations, contribute to proposal development, and support solution design initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in ERPNext/Frappe or a similar ERP consulting role.
- Proven expertise in ERPNext implementation and system configuration.
- Strong understanding of core ERP modules such as HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Sales, or Inventory Management.
- Excellent business analysis skills, including thorough documentation and effective communication with clients.
- Basic knowledge of Frappe customization, programming languages like Python or JavaScript, APIs, and SQL is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Certification in ERPNext or Frappe is highly desirable.
