eServMD looking for a Property Management Executive to perform the following tasks;
- Leading project planning sessions.
- Coordinating staff and internal resources.
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required.
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines.
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Designing and signing off on contracts.
- Managing the production of the required deliverables.
- Planning and monitoring the project.
- Adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed Reporting structures.
- Preparing and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required.
- Managing financial matters.
- Coordinating maintenance work.
- Enforcing leases, and preparing performance reports.
- To be successful as a property manager you should be able to ensure efficient daily operations and meet financial objectives.
