Key Responsibilities:
- Handling the customer's email for Amazon Accounts.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Convincing the customers while portraying the positive image of the company.
- Resolve customers' disputes (Negative feedback & Product review) by convincing them.
- Resolving the disputes (A-Z Claim / Chargeback claim).
- Follow-up & coordinate with different departments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1+ year of relevant experience.
Skills Required:
- E-commerce Customer Service experience.
- Written communication Problem-solving
- Knowledge of E-Commerce Marketplace Policies.
