eSmart.by is a fast growing Belarusian e-commerce and classified advertisement platform, we are ready to have our exceptional “UI UX Designer”, someone who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of user experience.
This is a full-time remote position, we also considering relocation for employees with right skills to work closely with our development team in Belarus, Minsk.
For the probation period you will be working remote from home, and will be in communication with Minsk team to execute the project.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of UX/UI Design experience with a strong portfolio for review.
- Experience creating design documentation (including design rules, pixel-perfect mockups, animations) that enables software developers to build webpages that fosters a delightful user experience.
- Experience in conceptualizing ideas and converting into designs with exceptional user experience.
- Can perform under pressure and operate in a fast pace environment and ready to do overtime to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of design software like Illustrator/Photoshop.
- Experience with Front-end languages (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) considered a big plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate future development requirements, participate in user experience research through analyzing competitor websites to produce solutions that deliver exceptional results.
- Design original graphics, icons and other visual elements.
- Knowledge of copyright & reproduction restrictions.
- Prepare and present quick rough drafts to illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Conduct layout adjustments based on team feedback.
