EspressoLab, a premium international coffee brand, is looking for energetic, friendly, and passionate Baristas to join our team at DHA Phase VI, Karachi. The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages according to EspressoLab’s standards, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and creating a welcoming café experience. Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, work collaboratively, and grow within a professional hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming experience for every guest.
Engage with customers to understand their preferences, answer questions, and recommend suitable beverages.
Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, temperature, and portion sizes.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment properly.
Follow EspressoLab’s operational procedures, recipes, and service standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station, work areas, equipment, and customer service counters.
Follow food safety, health, safety, and security procedures throughout each shift.
Handle customer orders and payments accurately, where required.
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies, and report shortages to the supervisor.
Maintain accurate records and complete assigned opening, closing, cleaning, and maintenance checklists.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations during busy periods.
Remain punctual, professional, and flexible in performing various duties assigned by management.
