Responsibilities

Use Client Relationship Management (CRM) software effectively to track leads, client interactions, and follow-up activities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
Manage the lead funnel by performing timely follow-ups and maintaining detailed records of client communications.
Contribute actively to meeting or exceeding business development and sales targets through strategic networking and negotiation.
Utilize negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements and close deals that align with company objectives.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build a robust professional network that supports business development efforts.
Report regularly on business development progress, challenges, and results to senior management.
