Job responsibilities:
- Organize, plan, lead and control the project team resources
- Plan, estimate, track, provide support, and manage projects
- Define project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirement, and deliverable timing
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws
- Manage work assignments and coordination within the project team
- Review of all project-related documents
- Update project progress on software such as Asana, MS Project, etc. on the status of ongoing development projects, activities, and achievements on a weekly basis
- Evaluate the performance of development resources and send recommendations to the Engagement Manager
- Coordinate with client counterparts to resolve any issue(s)
Required skills/knowledge:
- Must have the focus, confidence, and ability to drive the team and ensure successful delivery of a major project to a strategic client
- Knowledge of full project life cycle systems development
- Knowledge of project management methods and practices
- Team management and leadership skills
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills
