  JD:

  • Daily call new resellers who have signed up but haven't placed an order
  • Assist the sales team in seller onboarding on e-commerce services.
  • Craft and brief resellers with information about the onboarding process and requirements.
  • Coordinate with resellers via calls and emails for order placements and sales generation
  • Coordinate with the sales, operations, and tech team to address reseller queries.
  • Ensure new resellers have technical assistance to properly set up their account and help in order placements
  • Address new sellers- queries regarding the onboarding process.
  • Provide training to new and existing resellers as and when required.

  Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in a contact center 

Salary Package: 25 -30K gross salary based on experience and skillset
