Requirements:
Experienced Required:
- Minimum 1 Year of sales experience.
- Fluent English speaking a must.
- Ideally experience in a similar IT role with end user facing responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of IT services such as;
- PC Hardware
- IT Support
- VoIP and Broadband
- Website
- SEO & PPC
- Digital Marketing
- Cyber Security
- Build relationships with new and existing world-renowned clients
- Outbound Calling and managing sales pipeline.
- Reach your sales targets
- Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
- Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
- Develops and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
- Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
- Communicates client needs and demands to employer company
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
- Keep records of client transactions
