We are looking for a competitive and experienced Technical Sales & Marketing Executive to help drive company sales. Based upon performance, this role leads to Technical Sales & Marketing Manager position.

Technical Sales & Marketing Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Evacuee Trust Complex, Islamabad

Department: Technical Sales department

Reports to: Managing Director

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage your own pipeline of prospects from lead generation to paying customer;
  2. Create a database of prospects and target customers with complete contact information;
  3. Conduct web product demonstrations encompassing both technical and non-technical aspects of the product offer;
  4. Identify new business opportunities including channel and other partnerships;
  5. Engage directly with decision makers in security and facilities management businesses throughout the UK;
  6. Conduct systematic market research to generate high quality leads and identify key players;
  7. Maintain accurate and complete customer records, and activity and pipeline reports within Pipedrive and other CRM tools;
  8. Developing a strategy and sales plan to address Sector requirements
  9. Maintaining an understanding of company's strategic direction and interpreting its relevance to the industry sector
  10. Maintaining an awareness of company's current and future application/technology products and services
  11. Maintaining an understanding of competitive activity relevant to industry sector

Requirements:

  1. Excellent research, planning and organisation skills;
  2. Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals by phone and in person while maintaining established sales quotas;
  3. 3+ years’ experience in a SaaS sales capacity, ideally in the creative industries sector;
  4. Technology savvy and proficient in the use of a range of communication, presentation and other business tools;
  5. Proven track record of success in B2B sales;
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively;
  7. Strong work ethic;
  8. Passion for selling and enthusiastic self-starter with a “can do” attitude.

Experience:

Direct sales: 2 year (Preferred)

Software Development and Software Sales

Work experience with International software companies is preferable.
