We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our company’s end-to-end supply chain operations. In this role, you will manage transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution networks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, vendor negotiation experience, and dynamic leadership to manage our logistics operations and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Distribution Management: Plan, direct, and coordinate full order cycles, inbound/outbound freight, and warehouse storage operations.
Carrier & Vendor Management: Source, negotiate contracts with, and manage relationships with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and shipping carriers.
Inventory & Cost Optimization: Monitor inventory levels, analyze delivery performance, and implement strategies to reduce transport costs while maintaining high service standards.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and coach warehouse staff, logistics coordinators, and dispatchers.
System & Data Analytics: Utilize Logistics Management Systems (WMS/TMS/ERP) to track real-time shipments, audit freight invoices, and build operational KPI dashboards.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all domestic and international shipments comply with DOT regulations, customs laws, ISO requirements, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5+ years of proven experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse management.
APICS (CSCP/CLTD) or Six Sigma certification is a strong plus.
Vendor negotiation, route optimization, data analytics, regulatory compliance, team leadership.
