We seek a meticulous and organized Catalog Manager to spearhead our product catalog, ensuring its accuracy and alignment with customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess robust project management skills, an acute attention to detail, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective catalog management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end process of catalog creation, including gathering product information, content organization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy.
- Supervise the design and layout of the catalog to adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, marketing teams, and vendors to acquire product information, images, and specifications for catalog inclusion.
- Establish and maintain a structured taxonomy and classification system within the catalog for easy navigation.
- Continuously review and update product details, pricing, and availability in the catalog to reflect changes accurately.
- Oversee the Lot-8 Technology Catalogue.
- Manage new product requests, additions, and updates based on demand and pricing changes.
- Ensure catalog accuracy and completeness.
- Manage Data Support Resources (GNP) and develop the tool.
- Analyze Data Support Resources (GNP ) reports and update listings accordingly.
- Develop and maintain SLAs and KPIs for order processing.
- Implement processes and tools to streamline catalog management tasks.
- Monitor catalog performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate the catalog with digital platforms effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform catalog strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in catalog or product management, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in catalog management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of product data standards and catalog management best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools is advantageous.
