Etsy Intern

We are seeking a motivated Etsy Marketplace Intern to join Brixul and help build and grow our Etsy stores. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founder, turning creative product ideas into successful sales. The position is based in Karachi with a preference for on-site work at Shahbaz Commercial, DHA Phase 6, but strong remote candidates with a relevant portfolio are also encouraged to apply. The role combines a base salary with profit sharing, providing hands-on experience in international ecommerce and the chance to develop into a long-term marketplace management position.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify profitable product opportunities, niches, and seasonal trends.
- Assist in creating digital products, including designs, mockups, and listing images.
- Write and publish approved product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, and tags.
- Analyze competitors and recommend competitive pricing strategies.
- Manage customer communications and support daily store operations.
- Monitor store performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase sales and profitability.

Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with Etsy and a strong interest in ecommerce platforms.
- Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools, with a good eye for presentation.
- Proficient in written English with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with basic spreadsheets and performing profit calculations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership, conduct independent research, and follow through on tasks.
- Previous experience managing Etsy stores is advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh candidates with strong sample work are welcome. Remote applicants must provide a portfolio or examples of stores, products, or listings they have managed.
