This on-site internship runs Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM and provides a monthly stipend of PKR 10,000 for a duration of two months. The program is designed to give interns hands-on experience in managing Etsy operations, including product research, listing optimization, and marketplace analysis. Interns who demonstrate strong performance and growth during the internship may be considered for full-time employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product and market research to identify trending opportunities on Etsy.
- Assist in creating and optimizing product listings to improve visibility and increase sales.
- Perform keyword research to enhance Etsy SEO and overall listing performance.
- Support daily Etsy store operations, including inventory management and updates.
- Analyze competitor stores, products, and pricing strategies to guide decision-making.
- Monitor store performance metrics and prepare basic analytical reports.
- Assist with customer inquiries and manage order processing efficiently.
- Stay updated on Etsy marketplace trends, policies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members on various eCommerce projects aimed at driving growth.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress.
