Sales and Marketing Executive

Euro Food Industries is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive online business development and sales activities for our food and beverage products. This role involves engaging with customers through various online platforms, including email marketing and internet research, to identify and convert new leads into sales opportunities. The ideal candidate possesses confidence in building lasting customer relationships and has a solid understanding of digital marketing and sales strategies to foster business growth. The Sales and Marketing Executive works independently without managing a team but plays a crucial role in expanding the companys customer base. This position requires excellent skills in customer relationship management, market research, negotiation, and sales forecasting to meet and surpass sales targets. The executive also utilizes CRM software to manage customer interactions and supports the companys marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through online platforms and market research.
Engage with potential and existing customers to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Execute email marketing campaigns to promote food and beverage products and attract new clients.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track sales activities, customer data, and follow-up.
Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences.
Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close sales deals effectively.
Forecast sales and prepare reports to assist in planning and decision-making.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance promotional activities and product visibility.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry developments relevant to the food and beverage sector.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
