Europe Education Counsellor

Konnect Education (Pvt.) Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced Europe Education Counsellor to join our team at the Gujranwala office. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the entire admission process for universities and colleges across Europe. This role demands strong counselling skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously while maintaining clear and professional communication with students and partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on suitable European countries, universities, courses, and admission requirements.
- Assess students’ academic backgrounds, English language proficiency, and financial profiles to recommend appropriate study options.
- Convert assigned leads into qualified applications by providing clear guidance and ongoing support.
- Collect, review, and organize students’ application documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Submit applications within deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Follow up regularly with students, universities, and relevant partners to track application progress.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and applications to monitor performance and outcomes.
- Achieve monthly targets for applications and enrolments as agreed with management.
- Provide professional, honest, and transparent guidance to students throughout the admission process.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in education consultancy or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of European study destinations and their admission procedures.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills, with the ability to follow up effectively.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office applications, and online application portals.
- Highly organized, responsible, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
