A well-established fast paced organization is looking for “HR / Admin Assistant” who must oversee all aspects of Human Resource practices and also supervise company's hiring process, from recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff along with administrative tasks.
Job Purpose:
- Provide assistance and necessary support for smooth HR & Administrative tasks.
- An experienced, self-motivated and result oriented candidates for HR & Admin department for Islamabad Head office.
- Ideal candidates must have at least 1 year of professional experience.
Job Requirements:
- Assist in recruiting, training and orientation process to fill vacant positions.
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to positive attitude towards Company goals
- Arrange meetings and coordinates with office staff, monitor support staff and schedule their activities
- Taking notes & minutes during meetings
- Maintain pay plan, forecast requirements; schedule expenditures; initiating corrective actions.
- Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Maintain the general filing system and staff attendance record, maintain an up-to-date inventory of office supplies and monitor the use of supplies and equipment
- Records’ maintenance
- Taking bookings, following up the bookings, dealing with clients and receiving / making calls.
- Flexible and willing to learn and get hands-on experience.
