The EV Charger Installation & Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi. This role involves installing electric vehicle charging stations at customer locations, conducting routine equipment checks, and ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. The position requires performing site surveys, preparing basic installation plans, and coordinating with technical teams and vendors to facilitate smooth installations. Additionally, the role includes engaging directly with customers to explain product features, provide cost estimates, and support sales through follow-ups and on-site consultations. Maintaining accurate records of installations and sales activities, reporting to management, and collaborating closely with operations and customer service teams are also key aspects of the job. The role demands a balance of technical expertise, customer interaction, and organizational skills to deliver timely and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

- Install EV charging stations at various customer sites, ensuring all equipment meets safety and performance standards.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare basic installation plans tailored to customer requirements.
- Coordinate with technical staff and external vendors to ensure efficient installation and maintenance.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on installed EV chargers to guarantee optimal functionality.
- Engage with customers to explain product features, provide cost estimates, and assist in sales conversions through follow-ups and consultations.
- Maintain detailed records of installations, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Report progress and issues to management regularly.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Travel occasionally within Karachi and surrounding areas for site visits and installations.

Required Qualifications

- Technical aptitude in basic electrical work and EV charger installation, with a solid understanding of safety standards and tools.
- Strong customer-facing skills, including clear communication and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Proven sales and negotiation abilities, including experience in lead follow-up, solution presentation, and closing sales within a structured process.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle multiple installations, site visits, and documentation.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Karachi with occasional travel as needed.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM tools, mobile applications, and reporting systems.
