We are seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a remote role with a strong focus on digital communication, brand visibility, and audience engagement across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies while also contributing to content creation and digital campaigns
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Develop and implement digital campaigns aligned with company goals for brand visibility, lead generation, and course enrollment.
Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
Content Creation & Copywriting
Write engaging and relevant content for blogs, newsletters, email marketing, and social posts.
Create graphics and infographics in collaboration with design tools or a team.
Ensure all content aligns with the company’s tone, messaging, and style guide.
Community Engagement & Communication
Respond to messages, comments, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and legal audiences.
Coordinate online events, webinars, and public-facing campaigns.
Performance Analysis
Track, report, and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, conversions).
Optimize strategy based on insights from tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others.
Brand Development & Market Awareness
Support SEO strategies to increase the online visibility of the website and courses.
Conduct basic competitor and audience research to inform content direction.
Assist in planning press releases, product launches, and marketing events if needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital or social media marketing.
Proficiency in social platforms, advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads), SEO basics, and content writing.
Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and CRM/email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Experience working in or knowledge of healthcare, medical education, or legal sectors is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Strong copywriting and editing skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Basic understanding of analytics and reporting tools.
Event coordination or webinar planning experience is an advantage.
