Sales Representative

Evee Signature Motors is seeking a confident and professional Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication skills, a clear and energetic voice, and maintains a highly presentable appearance. As a customer-focused individual, you will skillfully present and sell our electric scooters to a diverse range of customers. This role involves managing a small team of two staff members to help achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. In this position, you act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing detailed product knowledge and responding to inquiries across multiple communication channels including phone and social media. You will ensure a well-maintained showroom environment and consistently uphold the company's positive reputation. Your role extends beyond direct sales to fostering strong customer relationships and supporting basic social media engagement to boost brand visibility.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers professionally while understanding their needs and preferences.
Deliver in-depth product presentations covering features, specifications, pricing, and financing options.
Conduct product demonstrations ensuring proper handling and showcasing of electric scooters.
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
Follow up with prospective customers to nurture leads and convert interest into sales.
Support the management of social media channels by responding to inquiries and messages to enhance customer engagement.
Maintain a spotless and professional showroom environment that reflects the brand's quality and standards.
Lead and coordinate a small team of two sales associates to maximize team performance and meet sales objectives.
Achieve and strive to exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Keep abreast of product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to customers.
