We are looking for a female Customer Service Representative Managing incoming calls, chats and emails
- Generating sales inquiries through calls, chats and emails
- Making sure every inquiry is catered properly; working in supervision of sales manager and project manager to convert these inquiries into sales
- Assessing customers needs and coordinating with estimation team to make sure customer receives price quotation in time Periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales
- Proficient with MS Office particularly MS Excel (Spreadsheet)
- Possess Knowledge of Call Center Operations
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good content writer
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company guidelines and production capabilities
- Keep records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork and other files
- Coordinating with design team to make artwork changes requested by customer
- Coordinating with shipping team to make sure customer receives his/her order on time CSR
- should be fluent in English and Urdu as well
- Monthly Bonus is directly based on your performance.
