Event Coordinator / Director

InMind Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator / Director to lead the planning and execution of a one-time company event in Faisalabad, Punjab. This temporary contract role spans two months and offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel under tight deadlines and enjoy managing events from concept through to completion. While prior event management experience is preferred, fresh graduates with relevant involvement in university events, societies, or internships are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of the event, ensuring seamless progression from initial concept development to final execution.
- Coordinate effectively with vendors, venues, and internal teams to guarantee smooth event delivery.
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics on the day of the event to maintain operational efficiency.
- Represent the event professionally in meetings and presentations with various stakeholders.
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise, maintaining clear communication and alignment among all parties involved.

Required Qualifications

- Experience in arranging or managing events, whether corporate, social, university-level, or similar. Fresh graduates with relevant project or society experience are welcome.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors, teams, and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage people and resources efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and commit fully to a fixed two-month contract.
- Must be based in or able to work from Faisalabad for the duration of the role.
