Event Executive

An exciting opportunity is available for an entry-level Event Executive based in Islamabad, Pakistan. This full-time position primarily operates during morning hours, with occasional requirements to work evenings or weekends to support various events. The role involves active participation in event planning and execution, requiring flexibility and a willingness to travel as needed. Candidates should have approximately two years of relevant experience to effectively contribute to the team. The salary range for this position is PKR 45,000 to 70,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from inception through completion.
- Support event logistics including venue setup, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
- Manage event documentation and maintain accurate records of activities and expenses.
- Provide timely updates and reports to senior management regarding event progress and outcomes.
- Travel as required to support events in different locations.
- Work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, to meet event demands.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in event management or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, business, communications, or a related discipline is preferred; however, equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to varying work schedules.
