Job Description
The role requires someone with the ability to win new business. As part of this busy sales role, you will maintain the best level of service to new and existing customers. Also, you will be in a constant dialogue with the internal team to ensure customers are signed up seamlessly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
• Qualify leads from ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Contact potential clients via calls and emails.
• Introduce our company to potential clients.
• Identify client pain points and recommend relevant services.
• Customize services to increase customer satisfaction
• Build long-term and trusting relationships with clients
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Arrange face to face or telephone/Zoom meetings
• Report to the Business Development manager
• Some administrative work
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plan
What are we looking for?
• Work experience within sales (preferred but not required)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Confidence in instating professional relationships with clients
• Highly motivated, determined, and target driven
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the client's needs
