Responsibilities:
- Boost the existing performance and traffic of the website through effective SEO techniques and strategies.
- Develop and refine advanced SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Lead the execution of SEO strategies, ensuring the implementation of technical SEO best practices.
- Establish performance goals for the SEO team and provide guidance and support to achieve them.
- Set development objectives for individual team members and foster their growth by providing industry training and expertise.
- Conduct continuous analysis and generate reports on organic search key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of SEO operations.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO developments and industry trends and communicate them to the rest of the SEO team.
- Embrace new challenges as opportunities to learn and grow professionally.
Skills and Experience:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in developing and executing successful SEO campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Ability to conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourcefulness, organizational skills, and a strong ability to acquire new skills.
