We are looking for fresh & experienced candidates for a US based Estimation agency sales campaign. A handsome basic salary along with the commissions will be offered. The potential candidates must possess excellent communication skills, an attractive telephone voice with active listening and exceptional sales skills.
Required Skills:
- Should have good English accent.
- Should have a knowledge of writing sales generating emails and follow ups.
- We prefer bachelors but candidates with intermediate certificates having good communication skills can also apply.
Principle Responsibilities of the successful candidate:
- Responding to inbound sales inquiries over the phone and email.
- Regularly targeting new customers through call offering our services(cold calling)
- Exceptional communication skills which must lead to customer satisfaction and subsequently a high conversion percentage.
- The candidate MUST have an English accent that is either neutral or native to the US
- Must be motivated and willing to achieve challenging sales targets.
- This job requires handling of multiple customers and following up with them time to time to find out if they have any new job for us.
Fresh candidates with good communication skills can also apply.
There will be a probation period of 45 days (especially for freshers). After the end of this period your performance will be analysed based on work ethics, punctuality and sales. Increments will be based on your performance.
Candidates having experience in same campaign will be offered special packages
We prefer working with commission base agents, We believe that's how we can get the best out of you so Salary=fix+commission
