- Manage the organization-wide HR matters and nurture a positive working environment.
- Consult with the Management to develop and implement HR policies, benefit structures, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure that the organization is appropriately staffed and highly skilled resources are hired.
- Review the monthly payroll activity for error-free and timely processing of staff salaries.
- Ensure complete implementation, bug fixing, and up-keeping of the HRMS.
- Manage the overall performance management and implementation of the organization-wide KPIs.
- Organize team meetings, orientation programs, and appreciation get-togethers to keep the employees engaged and motivated.
- Make sure the enforcement of organizational policies and take disciplinary actions for non-compliance.
- Submit monthly reports to the Management to provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Perform any other job-related task(s) assigned by the Management.
