- Responsible for creating brand awareness to expand the Corporate Market presence of the Excel Labs.
- Achieve sales targets, generate profit-margins and ensure execution of services as per the terms agreed with the clients.
- Ensure that financial recoveries from corporate clients are taking place regularly and addressing critical areas to keep the figures as low as possible.
- Manage and coordinate pre-employment and annual screenings for existing corporate clients through our partner labs.
- Cooperate with the Management in developing the future plans and suggest improvement in the current program.
- Plan and supervise marketing activities in coordination with the Line Manager.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized list of clients across a variety of segments including traditional (e.g., health systems) and non-traditional segments.
- For qualified leads, set up and facilitate initial conversations to understand clients' goals and pain points and introduce them to understand the Excel Labs offering.
- Visit the clients and give them timely follow-up and feedback for sales improvement.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
