Ensure adherence to the Excel Labs standards, policies and procedures in the assigned outreach region(s).
- Participate in the operational planning for the assigned region and overall lab services and execute the approved plan related to services enhancements, development and expansion.
- Responsible for overseeing and supervising the daily operational activities in coordination with the Assistant Manager and Operations Coordinators including;
- Overall operations supervision from specimen receipt and transportation to report delivery to the patient, identification of gaps and guidance to operations team to ensure flawless and lean operations.
- Inventory management, control and submission of demands in a timely manner to make sure that the minimum stock level is maintained
- Staff scheduling, leaves and Comp Off Management
- Liaising with the Departments and Management on the day to day operational matters
- Responsible for handling Punjab Healthcare Commission and other compliance related matters in the assigned region(s).
- Ensure that all quality and safety incidents are followed-up on and rectified in a timely manner.
- Ensure periodic maintenance and repair of all the technical and office equipment to avoid downtime at the Regional Labs.
- Monitor the upkeep, renovation and remodeling of the Collection Points to offer captivating environment to the customers and patients.
- Effectively communicate with customers and patients to resolve problems and follow-through to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain and manage an effective patient feedback mechanism at Collection Points.
- Assure maximum care and safety in procedures involving patients, samples and laboratory working conditions.
- Monitor daily cash collection/deposits, short/excess cash data and direct the operations team accordingly.
- Coordinate and maintain all contracts and ensure timely payments to the parties to carry through reliable relationships.
- Make sure timely hiring, training and appraisal of the staff in coordination with the Human Resources Department.
- Any other job related task assigned by Management.
