HR Manager

Exchahnge, a well-established company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage a sizable team of 140 employees. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, policy management, payroll, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a strategic mindset to help shape the companys HR functions while maintaining a positive work environment. The HR Manager will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive employee records, ensuring adherence to HR policies, and managing payroll processes efficiently. The candidate should have proven experience in HR compliance management and employment law knowledge. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively manage the HR operations and support company growth in Islamabad.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified talent.
Manage employee relations to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Oversee HR operations including maintaining employee records and updating HR policies as needed.
Ensure payroll processing and attendance tracking are accurate and timely.
Monitor compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws to mitigate risk.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR professionals and support staff totaling 140 employees.
Design and implement employee development programs and performance management systems.
Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce needs and plan adequately.
Resolve employee grievances and provide counseling to ensure effective workplace communication.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current HR trends, employment legislation, and best practices.
Prepare and present HR reports to senior management for strategic planning.
Ensure confidentiality of all employee records and sensitive information.
