Mediplas Innovations (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Executive – Planning to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in production planning and production planning & control (PPC) within a manufacturing environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage production schedules, coordinate with various departments, and ensure smooth operational flow. The position is based at Korangi Creek Industrial Park, Karachi, and requires the candidate to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production plans to meet manufacturing targets and deadlines.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Monitor production progress and adjust plans as necessary to address any delays or issues.
- Utilize ERP systems to track production data and generate reports for management review.
- Analyze production schedules and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to production planning and control activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in production planning or PPC within a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical abilities with excellent coordination and communication skills.

Work Location
This is an in-person role based at Korangi Creek Industrial Park, Karachi.
